CBS Merit & Travel Awards
Each year, the society provides travel awards to students who demonstrate excellence in their field. This applies to the World Congress, the Canadian conferences, and the American Society for Biomaterials annual meetings. Applications for travel awards are submitted at the same time as abstract submission. All students applying as presenting authors are eligible, provided both they and their supervisors (the corresponding author) are members in good standing of the Canadian Biomaterials Society. Find out more about our recent awardees.
WBC 2016 Legacy Travel Awards
You can also apply for the WBC 2016 Legacy Travel Awards in recognition of both outstanding abstract submissions to CBS Annual Meetings or a World Biomaterials Congress in addition to overall academic excellence and leadership within CBS. Find out more about the award and recent winners.
Conference Presentation Awards
