anionic microgels for oral antibody delivery
Supervisor: Dr. Caitlin Maikawa
Using combinatorial polymer synthesis to design mucoadhesive microgels for sustained release of antibodies at inflamed sites in the colon. We are investigating a library of common acrylamides using machine learning to identify formulations which optimize for mucoadhesion to mucus depleted inflamed microenvironments in the colon.
